Sharing information to complete your booking
TravelHypes is a booking platform, not the airline or hotel you travel with. To complete a reservation, the passenger or guest details you provide are shared with our supplier partners and, in turn, the relevant airline, hotel, or other service provider — only to the extent needed to fulfil that booking. TravelHypes is not responsible for how the underlying airline or hotel independently handles a schedule change, cancellation, or service issue on their end.
Marketing communications
With your consent, we may email or message you about fare deals, offers, and new features. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of promotional SMS/OTP-adjacent messages at any time from your account settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Payment security
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner over an encrypted connection. TravelHypes does not store your full card number or CVV on our servers — that data is handled directly by the payment gateway in line with industry security standards.
Data retention
We keep your personal and booking information for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to comply with our legal, accounting, and customer-support obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights and choices
You can review and update your personal details, verify or change your email/phone, and set a password from your account settings at any time. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw any consent you've previously given, by contacting us — though withdrawing consent for certain data may limit our ability to provide some services to you.
