Who we are

TravelHypes is a booking platform that lets you search, compare, and book flights and hotels from third-party airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We act as an intermediary between you and those suppliers — the ticket or hotel voucher you receive is issued by, and governed by the terms of, the airline or hotel itself, not TravelHypes.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent/guardian, to book through TravelHypes. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials and verification codes confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Prices and payment

Fares and room rates shown at checkout include the base price and applicable taxes/fees as broken down before payment, unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Prices can change without notice until payment is completed, and government-imposed tax changes made after booking may be passed on to you where the supplier requires it.

Booking details and passenger/guest information

You're responsible for entering passenger/guest names, travel dates, and contact details accurately — most airlines and hotels treat a booking as non-transferable and may charge a fee, or refuse boarding/check-in, for a name mismatch. Please double-check details before paying, as corrections after booking are subject to the supplier's own amendment policy and fees.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and date-change rules, fees, and refund eligibility are set by the airline, hotel, or fare type you booked, and are shown to you before you pay. TravelHypes may additionally charge a service/handling fee for processing a cancellation or change on your behalf. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are calculated and paid out.

Communications

We send booking confirmations, e-tickets, and important updates to the email address and mobile number you provide. Please make sure they're correct and check your spam folder — we aren't responsible for a booking confirmation you don't receive because of an incorrect contact detail or your mail provider's filtering. SMS/email alerts about schedule changes are a convenience; for time-critical trips, we recommend also checking directly with the airline or hotel.

Limitation of liability

TravelHypes is not liable for a flight delay, cancellation, overbooking, schedule change, or other service issue caused by an airline, hotel, or other supplier, nor for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, weather, government action, or technical failures at a supplier or payment provider). We work to keep our site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Unaccompanied minors and travel restrictions

Age limits for infants, children travelling alone, and other traveller restrictions (such as pregnancy-related travel rules) are set by the airline or hotel, not TravelHypes. Please confirm any such requirements with the supplier directly before you travel.

Website use and intellectual property

You agree to use TravelHypes only for genuine personal or business travel bookings, and not to misuse the site (for example, by scraping fares, attempting to bypass security, or interfering with other users). The TravelHypes name, logo, and website content are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and your continued use of TravelHypes after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
